Try To Give More.

This year has been a hard one on everyone, and the likelihood is that it's not going to get any easier any time soon. If you want to ensure that you have a good karmic year, then the best thing that you can do is give the best of yourself. You want the best for yourself, and that's absolutely okay, but that doesn't mean that you can't take care of others, too. It's absolutely fine for you to be selfish if you want to be, but you can still be generous with others. Give your time, give your change or you can give your ears to those who need someone to listen to them.

Choose Your Health.

We just mentioned putting yourself first sometimes, and one way you should do that is with your health. Make the space and the time to think about your eating and your workout routines, and put a new routine into place. You don't necessarily have to hit the gym and start inhaling broccoli, but you do need to consider which resolutions are best for your health. You could resolve to sleep well, to move a little more each day. You could resolve to drink more water - either way, your health benefits from your choices.

Work On Friendships.

In a world of social media, it's very easy to get bogged down swiping right on Instagram stories and scrolling down Facebook. It's this escapism that can prevent us from maintaining real-life friendships, and this is the year to change that and start working on it.

Be More Stable.

You don't have to make your resolutions quick; you can resolve to be more stable in your daily life. You could choose not to spend money on things you don't need, you could choose to start making a savings account and choose to commit to being debt-free. Stability matters and you can choose that for yourself this year. Make a list of all the ways that you can ensure that stability enters your life.
